Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up! In the event that you are not able to make your appointment, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 25% charge of your scheduled appointment. Failure to show will result in a 50% charge. If you are running late, please let us know, but keep in mind if arriving 15 minutes late or more, there is a chance we will have to adjust your appointment or reschedule. We want to provide you with the best service possible, and these policies allow us to do so. Thank you!
